We stand behind the quality of our reports and offer a clear, customer-friendly refund policy aligned with our payment platform settings on Digistore24.

3. How to Request a Refund

You may initiate a refund request through either of the following channels:

• Digistore24 Customer Support — visit your order confirmation email and use the official Digistore24 refund or cancellation link, or contact Digistore24 support directly. Digistore24 is legally obliged to process eligible refund requests within the return period.
• Our Support Team — email support@soulalignmentmap.com with your order number. We will coordinate with Digistore24 to process your refund promptly.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, depending on your original payment method. Once a refund is approved, access to the associated digital product may be revoked.

4. Merchant of Record & Billing

All order placement, billing, and payment processing are securely managed by Digistore24.com, acting as our official Merchant of Record (MoR). Digistore24 is your legal contractual partner for all purchases and maintains a consumer protection framework in accordance with applicable laws.

The debit for all transactions is performed by Digistore24.com. Peter (Soul Alignment Map) does not process payments directly. For billing disputes — including unauthorized charges, duplicate transactions, or payment processing errors — please contact Digistore24 through their official support channels.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical error that prevents delivery of your digital product — such as a failed PDF compilation, corrupted download, or complete non-delivery despite successful payment — please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and, where a genuine delivery failure is confirmed, provide a replacement report or a full refund at no additional cost, even if reported within the 60-day guarantee window.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us or Digistore24 before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Our 60-day money-back guarantee is designed to resolve concerns quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first attempting a refund through official channels may result in permanent suspension of access to our services.

7. EU Consumer Rights

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, consumers in the European Union benefit from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Our 60-day money-back guarantee exceeds this minimum requirement. For digital content, the statutory withdrawal period may not apply once delivery has begun with your prior express consent; however, our voluntary 60-day guarantee remains fully available regardless.
